"Just Go with It" Review

Title: "Just Go with It"
Director: Dennis Dugan
Writer: Allan Loeb & Timothy Dowling
Stars: Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston
Released: February 11, 2011
On a weekend trip to Hawaii, a plastic surgeon convinces his loyal assistant to pose as his soon-to-be-divorced wife in order to cover up a careless lie he told to his much-younger girlfriend.

What I love

This movie had a really funny plot. I'm not one for comedy, but I did actually like this. It had my attention throughout the entire thing and balanced the serious with some humor to keep things amped up. Sandler and Aniston are hillarious and did a great job.

What I hate

This movie had one major killer. It was way too long. Most comedy movies are over in just under an hour and a half. That's perfect. Not this one though, this went on for over two hours. There are multiple things I could think to cut out that would have kept everything just as nice. Also the plot was a tad predictable, but most movies in this genre are so I can't really hold that against it.

Overall

Must see? If you're a fan of chick-flicks.
Would you see it again? Maybe, but I wont be rushing out to go buy it when it's released.
Recomended for anyone who doesn't mind a length, semi-predictable movie.
