A decent website please. You have to have basic knowlege of what you're doing, not just throwing some images and text around a pointless page.
Absolutely no stolen/innapropriate content at all. No exceptions.
Your link will be displayed on every single page. I expect the same in return.
Keep in touch. I'm not asking for you to spam my inbox everday with "Hey, how ya' doin'?" I'm asking for a few meaningful comments on my blog every once in a while. I'll be doing the same in return.
